She is a highly involved professional, working closely with clients to implement process and system improvements, while managing both practical and cultural aspects of change. She excels at understanding the different needs of project stakeholders, promoting communication and collaboration, and ensuring systems are tailored to diverse audiences. Vicki holds certifications in Project Management (PMP), Human Resources (SPHR), and Payroll (CPP).
