Stepped into stalled timekeeping implementation to resolve issues, develop go-live plan, and complete system rollout.  Resolved conflicts between client and vendor as well as internally between departments; gained buy-in and support for the new system; developed comprehensive documentation on system programming and facilitated reworking of pay rules to eliminate one-offs, balance departmental vs. administrative needs, and take full advantage of system capabilities.

Bulgari Corporation
Assisted with onboarding and training of new payroll coordinator; created payroll process manual with step by step procedures in HRIS, payroll and timekeeping systems; made recommendations for process streamlining; coordinated development of custom application to automate commission payroll.

ConMed Corporation
Reworked complex Kronos accrual configuration and facilitated rollout for 1200 employees, utilizing Time Off Requests at the timeclocks; assisted with transition from ADP PCPW and HR Perspective to Enterprise/EV5; reworked Kronos interfaces to communicate with EV5, as well as standardizing, making enhancements and correcting errors; reworked Kronos pay rules to standardize and comply with Federal and state requirements, worked with client to automate and streamline various payroll and timekeeping processes.

Executive Health Resources
Completed detailed evaluation of client’s time collection and scheduling needs against proposed vendor solution, providing gap analysis, options and workarounds.  Developed optimal configuration and implementation plan.  Additionally, researched ways for client to better utilize existing systems and make business process changes prior to implementation of new system; coordinated with vendor on needed system changes; created step by step user guides.

Documented client’s timekeeping policies and practices, noting discrepancies with union contracts; made recommendations to comply with contracts and introduce greater controls and accountability; worked with HR to assess impact to employees and potential union liability.  Developed implementation design document and training plan for new timekeeping system, with detailed specs on system programming and work flows.
